By installation of the product license file, you acknowledge use of the product is governed by the existing software license agreement. Any additional terms and conditions, including warranties, contained in any purchase order are null and void. If a new license key has been supplied for the Program, or if the Program is being converted or upgraded, for the previous Program, Licensee agrees to
(1) Destroy the previous license key for the Program and use the new license key; and
(2) Deinstall the Program if use of the Program on the previously Designated Network is no longer authorized or if the Program name has been changed.
